In the "Steam Login" field, you need to specify your LOGIN (not a nickname). You can view it at the link - https://store.steampowered.com/account. The login will be indicated opposite the inscription USER ACCOUNT. If you specify an incorrect login, then it will be impossible to refund the funds.
You can also view the login by clicking on the top right "about the account". The login will be indicated opposite the inscription USER ACCOUNT
The account region must be Russia with the currency RUB
