🛒 HOW TO TOP UP
1️⃣ Set the quantity — it is the top-up amount in EUR. Any whole number from 20, for example 31 or 97.
2️⃣ Enter the full card number (16 digits). The number is checked before payment: if the card is not found or cannot be topped up, the payment will not start.
3️⃣ Pay — the money reaches the card automatically, usually within a few minutes.

🔎 WHERE TO FIND THE CARD NUMBER
Open your card page via the link from the order in which you bought it — the number is shown with a code sent to your email.

💡 GOOD TO KNOW
♻️ The card is reusable and valid until the expiry date shown in its details. Top it up as often as you like, from 20 EUR.
✅ Only active EUR cards can be topped up. Unfreeze a frozen card first; closed and blocked cards cannot be topped up.
🛡️ No email or sign-in is needed for a top-up — only the card number.
🔒 After a top-up the card cannot be closed for 7 days. You can pay with it right away.
📈 The maximum order amount is updated automatically and may change during the day.

🔄 GUARANTEE AND REFUNDS
✅ If the money did not reach the card through our fault, we will credit it or refund 100% of the payment.
💰 Money credited to the card stays on it and is yours — you can spend it at any time.
