### Profile Settings

Your **Steam profile** and **inventory** must be set to **Public** during the trade.

### Trade URL

Please provide a **valid Steam Trade Offer URL** when placing your order.

After completing your payment, send us a message in chat.

* **If we're online:** Delivery usually takes **10–60 minutes**.
* **If we're offline:** Your card sets will be delivered within **12 hours**.

## ↩️ Refund Policy

* **Order delivered:** No refunds.
* **Our mistake:** Full refund.
* **Buyer's mistake** (trade ban, private profile/inventory, changed your mind, etc.): Refund minus a **20% service fee**.
