After purchase:
1.Download and install Steam if it is not installed
2.Log in to your account and start installing the game.
3.After downloading, log in to the game 1 time, then log out and turn on the offline mode.
4. It's done! Enjoy the licensed game.

Yes, you can use your account in parallel, just without leaving the offline mode on the one in which you performed the offline activation.

After the purchase and receipt of the manual, the refund is only due to warranty issues on my part. If you haven't read the product description, haven't tested your computer, or haven't familiarized yourself with the minimum requirements for the game you're interested in, this is a mistake on your part, not mine. Don't expect any help from me if you can't read what you've been provided with. If it seems to you that something is not working, send a video about how you are doing everything according to the manual and where you can track down that the problem is in my account, and not in your carelessness and problems with the device.
