🔴 To top up your account in Crimea, the LPR, and the DPR, follow these steps: Close the Steam client on your computer 30-45 minutes before making a payment and disable mobile data on your smartphone, or put it in airplane mode. After making the payment and receiving confirmation of a successful transaction on the website, you can turn on Steam again.
🔴 If you have an account that has never been topped up (new), you need to add any free game to your library to save your Steam region.
