🔎 Where to find your Character ID
Open PUBG Mobile and tap your nickname in the top-left corner. The line below
reads "ID: 5123456789" — that is it, and there is a copy button next to it.

✅ A wrong ID will not eat your money
We verify the ID with our supplier BEFORE paying for the top-up. If no player
carries that number, nothing is spent: we message you in the order chat and ask
for the right one. Rare — but this is exactly how money gets lost in this
category, and here it cannot be lost to a typo.

⏱ How long it takes
Usually a few minutes. Sometimes longer — up to half an hour, occasionally more:
the UC go through the game's own payment gateway, and its queue varies. The
order does not get lost, and if it drags on we write to you first.

🌍 Global version only
The one most people play: PUBG MOBILE from Google Play and the App Store.
The Korean, Vietnamese and Taiwanese builds are separate games with their own
IDs — a top-up will not reach them.

🔒 No account access needed: we never ask for a password, a linked email or any
confirmation code. Just the ID number.

⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE PAYING

🔴 The UC go to exactly the ID you enter. If the number belongs to someone else
but exists, the supplier will accept it — and a top-up credited to a stranger's
account cannot be recovered. Check the number against what the game shows.

🔴 A Character ID is not a nickname and not an email. Nicknames can be changed
and do not address an account; an order with a nickname cannot be delivered.

🔴 The game must be the global build. The Korean, Vietnamese and Taiwanese ones
have their own IDs and their own store: a number from there will either not be
found or turn out to be a stranger's account in the global build.

🔴 We top up the UC balance, we do not buy items for you. Royale Pass, skins and
