1. Open Puzzles & Survival
2. Click "More" in the lower right corner, then "Settings" and "Account."
3. You will see your User ID, Character Name, and game server in the window that opens.

RETURN POLICY
- Digital goods of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase, as they are classified as products with unique properties and can only be used by the consumer who purchases them.
All our products are purchased through official suppliers and cannot be invalid. Each code is individually verified by me before sale.
- If you have already received your balance, we cannot issue a refund. If you mixed up the region or other parameter, but the order was successfully sent, a refund will also be impossible. Please read the activation regions carefully.
