According to Steam rules, this set cannot be sent via trade; it can only be sent as a gift. Gifts can only be sent to a friend 30 days after adding them as a friend.

How it works:

2. Within 5-10 minutes (in rare cases, up to 24 hours), you will receive a friend request on Steam. You must accept it.
3. Once the request is accepted, a 30-day waiting period (Steam limit) begins.
4. Delivery: On the 31st day, within 24 hours, the set will be automatically sent to you as a gift and will appear in your Dota 2 inventory. You don't need to do anything else.

Why can't I send it right away? — This is a Steam limitation: the gift button for new friends only becomes active after 30 days.
Do I need to wait another 30 days for my next purchase? — No! If you've already waited 30 days and haven't unfriended the seller, future sets will be delivered within 1-2 days.
Important: Your account must have trades enabled on the gift sending date. If you change your password or unlink your Mobile Authenticator less than 15 days before the gift is sent, the trade will be blocked and the delivery will be postponed.
