How to place an order

Required details

For registration on your own data, please provide:
- An email address on a .com domain, for example Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo.
- A password.
- Date of birth.

It is better to enter a real date of birth — yours or a family member’s who is already 18+.
If you choose a ready-made account, you will receive an already created profile with email access, and you can start using PS Store right away.

Important information

For the registration service using your own data, you need an email address that is not yet linked to PSN.
The account is suitable for purchases in PS Store within the selected region.
The account belongs only to you.
If you plan to buy PS Plus or EA Play later, tell the manager in advance — 2FA can be enabled for this purpose.

After purchase

We do not store your account or email details after the order is completed.
Once you receive the account data, you are fully responsible for security: change the password, update the email if needed, and enable two-factor authentication.

If you are buying a ready-made account, it is best to:
- change the password;
- replace the email with your own .com email if desired;
- reconnect 2FA to your own device.

Processing time and hours

The average order completion time is 10 to 60 minutes after processing begins.
Delays are possible only if there are server-side issues.
Working hours: 09:00–20:00 UTC+3.
If the purchase is made at night, the order will be processed the next day.

## Refunds and conditions

Refunds are available with a 25% deduction from the order amount if the issue is not on our side.
Once the purchase has been completed in Sony’s system, a refund is no longer possible, so please check the product carefully before ordering.
