📜 How do I buy Quants?

After payment, you log in to your account using the official Epic Games link. We only get access to fulfill the order.

After payment, refresh the order page — new chat messages may not appear automatically.

We do not use bonuses (cashback) from previous purchases.

⚠️ Possible limitations:

1. If the region was changed less than 6 months ago, you will not be able to change it again.
2. You have recently created an account and, when registering, selected a region that differs from those available for registration.
3. Bonuses (cashback) burn out when you change the region — spend them in advance.

⚠️ Refund terms:

📍 A full refund is provided if:

1. The seller has not fulfilled the terms of the transaction or has not fulfilled them in full (different from the purchased one).
2. More than 12 hours have passed since the payment was made, and the order was not completed due to the seller's fault.

📍 A refund of 80% of the purchase amount (20% deduction) is possible if:

1. You purchased the product, but changed your mind and decided to return it before delivery.
2. It is not possible to change the required region on the account.
3. Any other reasons for a refund.
