Game Features:
A continuation of the rebooted Lara Croft story in a new, dark, and realistic vein. Lara will use her survival skills, learn to trust new friends, and embrace her destiny as a Tomb Raider. Rise of the Tomb Raider features expansive locations across the globe, with beautiful and terrifying environments to explore.
Lara Croft embarks on her first tomb-robbing expedition to discover the secret of immortality. The game's script was written by Rhianna Pratchett, who wrote the story for the first game. The heroine will also visit the harsh Siberian wilderness. There, she will have to fight not only representatives of a mysterious order but also the environment, such as bears. Interestingly, the behavior of animals and people will be affected by weather conditions and the time of day.
New skills will help Lara survive. For example, the Tomb Raider will be able to climb trees, hide in bushes, and swim, as well as use herbs and pieces of cloth to heal herself. Safe zones will be several times larger than in the previous game. Furthermore, like the last Tomb Raider, the new game will feature several types of arrows with unique properties.
