↩️ REFUND POLICY

A refund is possible in one case only — if the gift was NOT delivered (not sent to the account you specified within 5–30 minutes, or Steam did not allow sending it). Write to us in the order chat; after checking we refund the payment minus a 20% fee (non-refundable payment processing and order handling costs).

Once the gift is delivered — accepted on the specified account, game in the library — refunds and exchanges are not possible: a sent and accepted Steam gift cannot be returned. Buying by mistake (wrong account region, edition or invite link) is not grounds for a refund.
