7. Scroll to the bottom, there's a "Monetization products" section, and then click the "Passes" button.
8. Click "Create a pass"
9. Give it any name (don't mention the site in the name; it's better to just include the purchase amount)
10. Next, enter the price you bought + 43% (if it was 100, then enter 143)
11. Disable regional pricing
