⭕ How to find your User ID and Zone ID:
1. Open Mobile Legends: Bang Bang
2. Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner of the main screen
3. Your User ID and Zone ID will be shown on the profile page under the “Settings” button

🔁 Refund policy:
If the refund is requested due to your mistake — 75% of the amount will be refunded.
If the issue is on our side — 100% of the amount will be refunded.
