Shadow Tactics is a realistic tactical stealth simulator set in Edo-era Japan.

Take command of a squad of the best assassins, sneak past unsuspecting enemies in the shadows. Independently determine the tactics of infiltration into impregnable fortresses, monasteries in snow-capped mountains and camouflaged forest camps. Set traps, use poison, or completely avoid colliding with the enemy.

The squad consists of very different people. At first, cooperation seems impossible. However, as the tasks are completed, the warriors learn to trust each other, and friendship develops between them. All the characters have their own motives, and everyone will have to face their own demons.

Hayato, one of the squad leaders, is a skilled ninja who covertly deals with the enemy with a sword and a shuriken. Samurai Mugen prefers a more straightforward approach and is able to defeat many enemies alone, but he lacks flexibility. Aiko is a master of reincarnation. She is able to distract the enemy in the form of a geisha. Yuki, the child of the streets, sets deadly traps and lures enemies into them. The stealthy Takuma relies on his sniper skills and firearms to "shoot" enemies from afar.

To succeed in completing difficult tasks, the player will need to carefully consider all the options: will the characters act as a team? Which of them is better equipped for a specific task? How to use their skills correctly to achieve the goal? Find your own clever tactical solutions to defeat the enemies and complete the task.
