How does delivery work?

2. Include a link to your Steam profile in your order on the website.
3. We will send you a friend request - accept it on Steam.
4. A trade hold begins: according to Valve rules, you can only transfer the set 30 days after adding it as a friend.
5. Once the hold is lifted, we will send the set as a gift in Dota 2. You can only accept the gift in-game.
Important:
• 30 days is a Steam limitation, not a store limitation: you cannot speed up the hold.
• The countdown starts from the moment you accept the friend request, so accept it immediately after payment.
• Do not unfriend us before receiving the set - otherwise, the countdown will restart.
• The set is transferred in its entirety, with the same contents as in the collection.
