• If your email address is registered with a .ru domain (mail.ru, yandex.ru, rambler.ru, etc.), we strongly recommend changing it to an international .com domain (for example, gmail.com). This is required for proper account operation and to reduce the risk of restrictions.
• After payment, you will receive a detailed guide for safe and quick region change to minimize setup time.
📩 What the buyer needs to do after payment:
🔶 After successful payment, the system will automatically redirect you to your order page;
🔶 Send your Steam login and password, as well as the Steam Guard code (or the email verification code if email confirmation is enabled);
🔶 Wait for a message from the seller confirming the completion of the service.
📖 How the region change is performed by the seller:
🔷 The seller logs into your account using the provided details (QR login may also be used);
🔷 Purchases a game;
🔷 Your account is automatically switched to the selected region;
🔷 The seller logs out of the account.

Please do not worry if you do not receive a response right away. The seller will обязательно reply as soon as possible. Delays may occur due to technical reasons such as website issues, internet connection problems, or a high number of active orders. Your order will be processed in any case.

We aim to complete the region change quickly and smoothly. However, in rare cases the process may fail due to account-specific limitations (for example, the 3-month region change restriction or hidden technical errors).
In such situations, a partial refund is issued, excluding the payment system commission (18–21%).
If the issue is caused by our side, a full refund will be provided.
