• After purchase, we will provide detailed instructions for a fast and secure region change on your account, allowing you to quickly configure all necessary settings and minimize switching time.

❗ After the region change, we will provide information about the payment method used. A payment screenshot is required only in case of a block (KT). Using the card, topping it up, or performing any other actions with it is strictly prohibited.

🔷 Purchases a game using a bank card registered in the seller’s name;
🔷 The account is automatically switched to the purchased region;
🔷 The seller logs out of the account.

We always strive to complete the region change as quickly and smoothly as possible. However, sometimes the process may fail due to account-specific limitations (for example, the 3-month region change limit or a hidden restriction displayed as an “unexpected error”).
In such cases, we issue a partial refund minus the payment service commission (18–21%). 💳
If the issue occurs due to our fault, you will receive a full refund. ✅
