Changing the region is a circumvention of Valve's rules and is always associated with certain risks.
We carry out the procedure as carefully as possible, however, in case of blocking or receiving a “red card”, the responsibility lies entirely with the user. 🔴

Special attention: accounts with the China region are under increased Steam control, so the likelihood of restrictions is higher. If you don't have enough information to unlock your account later, we don't recommend taking any chances and changing your region.

In case of blocking, we provide consulting support, but Steam may request the first linked email address, phone number, or other owner information.
If there is no such data, it may not be possible to restore the account. In this case, it is not recommended to change the region.

We always try to change the region as quickly and correctly as possible. In rare cases, the service may not be available for reasons related to account specifics (a limit on changing the region every 3 months, hidden Steam restrictions, or an "unexpected error").

In such situations, a partial refund is made, minus the payment service commission (18-21%).

If the customer decides to cancel the service after payment, the refund is also carried out after deducting the commission of the payment service (18-21%).

If the order cannot be completed on our side, a full refund will be issued.
