HOW DOES A REGION CHANGE WORK?
After completing the payment, send your Steam username and password. After the seller's response, you will need a Steam Guard code (or the code from your email, if you have email login confirmation).
Wait for the seller to confirm the account transfer to another region is complete.
IMPORTANT
You can change your region once every 3 months (Steam policy). If 3 months have not passed, the change will be made after the restriction is lifted, and refunds will not be issued.
Starting August 1, 2025, an error will occur when changing the region for accounts with a .ru domain. Be prepared to change your email to a .com domain.
There is no need to disable Steam Guard, and we do not recommend doing so.
For new accounts, region changes are available immediately (there are cases where you may need to wait).
The currency in your account is converted at the Central Bank exchange rate.
To reduce the risk of being blocked, we recommend not adding funds to your balance or making any Steam purchases for at least 48 hours.
Do not return a purchased game that was purchased to change the region. Do not change your account information (password, etc.) for approximately three days after changing your region.

Changing your Steam region is a circumvention of Valve's rules and always carries certain risks. We handle this process with the utmost care and security, but in the event of a ban or a "red card," the buyer remains fully responsible.
Special attention for accounts from China:
If your profile is initially linked to the China region, be especially careful—this region is most often blocked, and the likelihood of sanctions after a change is significantly higher.
