SoundToys Devil-Loc – Audio Destroyer with Vintage Character

Simple, insidious, and often unpredictable, the Devil-Loc plugin is a tool that makes drums sound truly enormous.

Its inspiration comes from the vintage Shure Level-Loc limiter, which engineers began using to create extreme, grainy, and aggressive drum sounds.

Devil-Loc Key Features:
Two Knobs – Huge Sound: Control the intensity of compression (Crush) and saturation (Crunch) with just two controls.
Extreme Compression and Saturation: Create massive, crushed sounds for drums, vocals, or the entire mix.
Parallel Processing: Ideal for sends: break down the signal and mix it with clean audio, adding aggression without losing attack.
Gating Effects: At maximum settings, loud impacts can "drown out" the signal, creating a chaotic, washed-out sound.
