Receipt of goods according to the rules of dota 2 is possible only as a gift. A gift can be sent 31 days after being added as a friend.
The buying process looks like this:
1. You pay for the goods and injure the charges on your steam profile.
2. You recieving friend invite.
3. After 31 days within 24 hours, you received the purchased item.
