The following rules apply for family membership:
1) The subscription (if you did not purchase it from us) can be changed once every 12 months.
2) After being excluded from the family, a place in the family is reserved for your account for up to 1 day.
3) In case of violation of the rules, you have the right to create a new account (free of charge) and transfer tracks.
4) Membership does not give you the right to add other users.
5) All unsubscribed items are by default family subscription membership.
6) If the buyer's account is regionally restriction, a new account will be offered to be created. The buyer also has the right to a refund minus the commission.
Regional restriction - a ban on adding a user to a subscription from Spotify due to the account's shadowy attachment to a region other than Turkish.
The buyer has the right to a refund with a 30% commission deduction.
❗️After paying for the goods, you need to send a “unique code” to the chat to confirm payment and activate membership in a family subscription or other subscription if selected accordingly.
