✅ A: If you currently have a subscription for the same region, yes, you can renew it. If you choose a different subscription, you'll need to contact me again to activate it after your current subscription expires.
🔹 Q: Can I renew this subscription in the future?
✅ A: Yes, you'll need to place a new order and provide your account information to renew.
🔹 Q: Are there any music library or new release restrictions for the subscription?
✅ A: No. No, all international and Russian-language artists are available for listening without any restrictions.
🔹 Q: How do I add a second account to my DUO/Family subscription?
✅ A: You'll need to enter your email address corresponding to your subscription country in your primary account profile on the website (in the premium subscription section). A link will then be available to add the second account. Then, change the country in your secondary account profile on the website, follow the link, and enter the email address from your primary account.
🔹 Q: Can I activate my subscription if I log in to my account through Facebook, Apple, or Google?
✅ A: Yes, after payment, please let me know in a message with the seller on the order page, and I'll send you further instructions.
⏳The average subscription delivery time is from 5 minutes to 1-2 hours, depending on the queue (BUT NOT MORE THAN 24 hours from the time you provide your details).
