🔹 Q: I have an active premium in my account, can I renew it?
✅ A: If you currently have an active subscription, unfortunately we can't extend it. You will have to email us when your current subscription ends.
🔹 Q: Will it be possible to renew this subscription in the future?
✅ A: Yes, but only when your current subscription expires. Once your current subscription expires, you will need to place a new order by giving us your account details.
🔹 Q: Which region will I have on my account?
✅ A: Egypt/India.
🔹 Q: Do DJ AI and AI playlists work?
✅ A: No.
🔹 Q: How do I add a second account to my DUO/Family subscription?
✅ A: You will need to enter the address as per your subscription country in the main account profile on the website (under premium subscriptions), then a link will be available to add a second account. Then you change the country in the profile of the second account on the site, follow the link and enter the address from the main account.
🔹 Q: Will it be possible to activate the subscription if I have Facebook, Apple, Google login to my account?
✅ A: Yes, after payment let me know in correspondence with the seller on the order page and I will send you further instructions.
⌚ Average time to get a subscription - from 5 minutes to 1-2 hours, depending on the queue (BUT NOT MORE THAN 24 hours from the moment of data submission)
