The skin must be issued for the same amount as how many G you have purchased.

Bought 1000 G → you are exhibiting a skin for 1250 G.

♻️ CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

✅ If the problem occurs from our side and we cannot fulfill the order, the buyer will be refunded 100% of the order value.

⚠️ If the cancellation occurs at the initiative or mistake of the buyer, the refund is 80% of the order value.

This applies, for example, to situations when:

- The buyer mistakenly purchased the wrong product.

- After payment, I decided to buy another product.

- I changed my mind and want to cancel the order.

- Provided incorrect data.

- Didn't follow the instructions.

- Does not respond in the chat for more than 3 days, and the order cannot be continued.

📌 WHY DOES 80% COME BACK AND NOT 100%?

After payment, we do not receive the full amount of the order. Part of the funds is withheld by the platform, there are also commissions and costs when converting and processing the payment.

Therefore, if you cancel the order through no fault of ours, 20% is withheld to cover the non-refundable costs already incurred.

🚫 After the successful transfer of Gold, the completed part of the order is not refundable.
