📜 How do I buy Auric?

✅ If you're not playing through Steam, you can still purchase the item and get the cages.(The ggsel administration has prohibited mentioning other platforms in the description)

🌎 The Steam (and other platforms) account region is any; changing the region is not required.

⚠️ To purchase cages this way, you need to purchase the game once from Epic Games.

❗️This item can only be purchased in two cases:

1. Your Epic Games account is registered in the Ukrainian region.
2. It is possible to change the region.

You can change the region if the account was registered more than 6 months ago, or if the region has not been changed within the last 6 months. ✅You can easily create a new Epic Games account.

Before purchasing, you need to:

1. Go to the BHVR website — https://account.bhvr.com
(For convenience, you can select Russian in the top right corner)

2. Register an account or log in via Google, Discord, Twitch, or Steam (any region)

3. Go to the "Connections" section — https://account.bhvr.com/account/my-account/providers

4. Link — Steam (or the platform you're on) (You're playing)

5. Link — Epic Games

6. Go to the "Game Library" section and click the DBD banner

7. Enable cross-progression for Steam (or the platform you play on) — https://account.bhvr.com/account/my-account/games/dbd

8. After (ATTENTION! AFTER) completing your order, you will need to enable cross-progression for Epic Games on this same page (You will NOT be able to enable cross-progression BEFORE completing your order)

❗️ If you play through Epic Games or install the game in this launcher, you will be able to receive your tiles within 5 minutes of payment. In this case, you don't need to provide your Epic Games account password.

If you don't want to switch to Epic Games and plan to continue playing on another platform, you can provide us with your Epic Games account username and password. We will automatically log you into the game through Epic Games, after which the tiles will be available on your primary platform.

🕓 If you don't play through Epic Games, we will log you into the game within 12 hours of payment.

⚠️ Refund Policy:

📍 A full refund is issued if:
1. The seller failed to fulfill the terms of the transaction or fulfilled them incompletely (different from what was purchased).
2. More than 24 hours have passed since payment was made, and the order was not fulfilled due to the seller's fault.

📍 An 80% refund (with a 20% deduction) is available if:
1. You purchased the item but changed your mind and decided to return it before delivery.
2. You ordered the item for a different gaming platform; however, returns are only possible until delivery to your account (refunds are not available after delivery).
