📌 Important Information Before Purchase

Auric Cells are purchased through Epic Games.

If you play Dead by Daylight through Steam or another platform, this does not prevent you from receiving the cells. Thanks to the cross-progression system, the purchased cells will become available on your main gaming profile.

To place an order, you need to have Dead by Daylight in your Epic Games library.

If you do not own the game on Epic Games, you can purchase it together with this product.

💡 You only need to purchase the game once. After that, you will be able to order Auric Cells as many times as needed.

⏱️ Order Processing Time

The usual processing time is 2–3 hours after payment.

In some cases, technical issues with your account, Epic Games, or other services may cause delays. The maximum processing time can be up to 12 hours after payment.

🌍 Account Region

This product uses the Ukrainian Epic Games region.

The region of your main gaming platform does not matter — you do not need to change your Steam or other platform region.

Before purchasing, make sure that your account is eligible for a region change.

The account region must not have been changed for 6 months or longer.

If you do not have a suitable Epic Games account, you can create a new account and use it for the purchase.

🔐 Your Password Stays With You

You do not need to provide your password.

To complete the order, you will log in to your Epic Games account yourself through the official website.

Account access is used solely for processing the order.

🔗 If You Play Through Steam or Another Platform

To make sure the Auric Cells appear correctly on your main platform, you need to set up cross-progression through BHVR.

What you need to do:

1️⃣ Open the official BHVR website:

You can switch the interface language to Russian in the top-right corner if needed.

2️⃣ Create a BHVR account or sign in using Google, Discord, Twitch, or Steam.

3️⃣ Open the connected accounts page:

4️⃣ Link Steam or the platform you normally use to play.

5️⃣ Link your Epic Games account.

6️⃣ Go to Game Library and select Dead by Daylight.

7️⃣ Enable cross-progression for your main gaming platform:

8️⃣ After the order has been completed, return to the same page and enable cross-progression for Epic Games.

⚠️ Important: Epic Games cross-progression must be enabled after the order has been completed, not beforehand.

⚠️ Refund Policy
💰 100% Refund

A full refund is available if:

The seller failed to complete the order.
The order was completed incorrectly or does not match the purchased product.
More than 24 hours have passed since payment and the order remains incomplete due to the seller.
💳 80% Refund

For refunds requested by the buyer, 20% of the purchase price will be withheld.

An 80% refund may be issued if:

You changed your mind and want to cancel the purchase before the order is completed.
The product was purchased for a different gaming platform.
There is another reason on the buyer's side for requesting a refund.

⚠️ If the order has already been completed, refunds due to choosing the wrong platform or simply changing your mind are not available.
