📌 Important Information Before Purchasing

Gold Cells are purchased through Epic Games. If you play Dead by Daylight on PlayStation or another platform, this does not prevent you from receiving the purchased currency. Thanks to the game's cross-progression system, the Cells will be available on your gaming profile.

To place an order, you must have Dead by Daylight in your Epic Games library.

If you do not own the game on Epic Games, you can purchase it together with this product.

💡 You will not need to purchase the game again. Once you have purchased it, you can order Gold Cells as many times as needed in the future.

⏱️ Processing Time

Orders are usually completed within 2–3 hours after payment.

If technical issues occur, including problems with your account, Epic Games, or other services, processing may take longer — up to 12 hours maximum from the time of payment.

🌍 Account Region

This product requires an Ukrainian Epic Games region (UA).

The region of your main gaming platform does not matter, so there is no need to change the region of Steam or any other platform.

Before purchasing, make sure your Epic Games account is eligible for a region change. The region must not have been changed for at least 6 months.

If you do not have a suitable Epic Games account, you can simply create a new one and use it for the purchase.

Your account password remains completely private.

To complete the order, you will log into your Epic Games account yourself through the official Epic Games website. Account access is used solely for completing the purchase.

🔗 If You Play on PlayStation or Another Platform

To ensure that the Gold Cells are correctly displayed on your main platform, you need to set up account linking through BHVR in advance.

Follow these steps:

1️⃣ Open the official BHVR website:

You can switch the interface language to Russian if needed.

2️⃣ Create a BHVR account or sign in using Google, Discord, Twitch, or Steam.

3️⃣ Open the connected accounts page:
https://account.bhvr.com/account/my-account/providers

4️⃣ Link PlayStation or the platform you normally use to play Dead by Daylight.

5️⃣ Connect your Epic Games account.

6️⃣ Go to Game Library and select Dead by Daylight.

7️⃣ Enable cross-progression for your main gaming platform:

8️⃣ After the order has been completed, return to the same page and enable cross-progression for Epic Games.

⚠️ Important: Epic Games cross-progression must be activated after the order has been completed, not beforehand.

⚠️ Refund Policy
💰 100% Refund

A full refund is available if:

the seller failed to complete the order;
the order was completed incorrectly or does not match the purchased product;
more than 24 hours have passed since payment and the order remains incomplete due to the seller.
💳 80% Refund

If the refund is requested by the buyer, 20% of the purchase price will be withheld.

An 80% refund is possible if:

you changed your mind and want to cancel the purchase before it is completed;
the product was purchased for a different gaming platform;
there is another reason on the buyer's side for requesting a refund.
