2. Sign in to the Microsoft (Xbox) account you linked on the BHVR website. You can check it against your nickname in the upper right corner; it's displayed when you click on your avatar.

3. Add the item to your cart.

The yellow banner error occurs due to frequent logins or using an account with a Russian IP address.

To resolve the error, try using the Xbox Launcher for 7-14 days and only accessing the Microsoft website from a Turkish IP address. After this, the block may be removed.

If you have a Microsoft Store license, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the BHVR website — https://account.bhvr.com
(For convenience, you can select Russian in the top right corner)

2. Register an account or sign in via Google, Discord, Twitch, or Steam (any region)

3. Go to the "Connections" section — https://account.bhvr.com/account/my-account/providers

4. Link — Steam

5. Link — Microsoft Store

6. Go to the "Game Library" section and click the DBD banner

7. Enable cross-progression for Steam — https://account.bhvr.com/account/my-account/games/dbd

8. If you can enable cross-progression for the Microsoft Store, do so before purchasing. If this option isn't currently available, you can enable it after payment and order completion.

🕓 After payment, you'll need to provide your Microsoft (Xbox) username and password, and expect your bonus cells to be credited within 12 hours.
