At SteamWorld Build, you must avoid a dying planet by building a mining town to dig up vital long-lost technology. Meet the ever-increasing needs of your citizens, trade resources and protect your mine from creatures that lurk below.

BUILD
Become the architect of the mining city SteamWorld! Discover the land and raise homes for your citizens with steam chambers, keep them aft and provide some entertainment routine.

There is an abandoned mine beneath your town and it is rumoured to be filled with ancient technology that holds the key to escape impending doom. Use natural resources above ground and abundant ores buried in the mine to expand your city. Stimulate new residential tiers to join the search to dig deeper, unearth untold riches and ultimately help them lift it off the planet!

MANAGEMENT
As the city expands in all directions, new kinds of steamboats find their way into the settlement - and their needs become increasingly complex to meet. To keep everyone informed, you'll need to make sure everyone is working as hard as they can.

Buy items to make buildings more efficient. Keep goods going up and down the mine, speeding up miners with encouraging jolts of electricity. Or just swap at your local train station and get what you need. It all depends on you!

MINE AND SURVEY
As you hunt deeper and deeper in the mine after wealth, eventually something will start hunting you back. Protect your workers from creepy creatures and keep walls from collapsing by exploring deeper levels of your mine.
