In Stellaris: Leviathans, the galaxy will once again be filled with adventures and challenges as your young and naive empire, exploring the vastness of space, comes face to face and ship to ship with new dangers and rewards.
Leviathans is the first full—fledged story addition to the game. With its release, new factions will appear in the strategy, for example, Guardians and Enclaves. The former are "stationary communities" specializing in the construction of defensive lines and clearly protecting something valuable. The latter are independent outposts of merchants and mercenaries, always ready to conclude mutually beneficial contracts.
