📜 How to purchase Gems?
🌎 The region of your account does not matter!
1. Select the desired amount of Gems.
2. Go to the game, open your profile (top left corner), remember your nickname, and enter it in the special field. We only need your nickname.
3. If you play on Xbox/PlayStation/Switch or via Steam, create and link a Scopely account (you only need an email address for this) and then log into the game via your phone using this Scopely account (if you don't see the Gems).
4. Order fulfillment may take up to 24 hours, but we will try to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
📝 Donations are purchased on the game's official website; we only need your nickname.
⚠️ Refund policy:
📍 A full refund will be issued if:
1. The seller has not fulfilled the terms of the transaction or has not fulfilled them in full (different from what was purchased).
2. More than 24 hours have passed since payment, and the order has not been fulfilled due to the seller's fault.
📍 A refund of 80% of the purchase amount (20% deduction) is possible if:
1. You purchased the product but changed your mind and decided to return it before delivery.
2. Any other reasons for return.
