Meat Boy and Bandage Girl have been living a happy life for several years, untouched by Dr. Fetus, and have even welcomed a beautiful baby girl named Nugget. Nugget is a shining bundle of joy; to Meat Boy and Bandage Girl, she means nothing and nothing. One day, our heroes went on a picnic, but Dr. Fetus caught them by surprise, knocked Meat Boy and Bandage Girl out with a shovel, and kidnapped Nugget! When our heroes came to and realized Nugget was gone, they knew what to do. Warming their fists, they promised to fight to the end to save their little one, and Dr. Fetus would learn a very important lesson. A lesson that is only remembered under a hail of kicks and punches.

Super Meat Boy's legendary difficulty returns in Super Meat Boy Forever. Players will face hellishly difficult levels where death is inevitable, but the sweet feeling of victory awaits them upon completing each level. They will run, jump, punch, and kick in both familiar settings and completely new worlds.
