⚠️ WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The 25-day warranty applies only to unexpected SuperGrok subscription deactivation.

The warranty does NOT apply if:

• Your Grok / xAI account is blocked or restricted by xAI.
• The account is suspended because of a violation of the service rules.
• You change the account email during the warranty period.
• You link or unlink your X account during the warranty period.
• You modify account information that affects the activation method.

❗ Please do not change your email or X-account connection during the 25-day warranty period.

🌐 ACCOUNT & X CONNECTION

xAI allows users to manage their email and connect an X account.

However, for this specific activation method, changing these settings may affect the subscription activation and therefore void the seller warranty.

• Make sure you provide the correct Account ID.
• Do not change your account email during the warranty period.
• Do not link or unlink your X account during the warranty period.
• Use your Grok account in accordance with xAI's Terms of Service.
• Account blocks or restrictions applied by xAI are outside the seller's control.
