• If the order was placed by mistake or you change your mind before the service is completed, a refund of 90% of the order amount will be issued. The remaining amount is held for payment of payment system fees.
• If, for technical or other reasons, we are unable to fulfill your order, the refund will be made in full, without any deductions.
• Once the order is started, if it is partially completed or fully completed, the funds for the service provided will not be refundable.
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original payment.
The refund process may take up to 5 business days, depending on the payment system.
