To place an order, you must provide the recipient's correct Telegram Username in the format “@username”.

Order Process:

Select the required Telegram Premium subscription period before making the payment.
Enter the correct Username of the recipient.
Complete the payment.
Wait for the order to be fulfilled.

Important Information:

• There must be no active Telegram Premium subscription on the account.
• The duration of multiple purchased subscriptions is not cumulative. If you purchase two or more subscriptions for 3, 6, or 12 months, they cannot be activated consecutively on the same account.
• Please carefully verify the provided Username before making the payment.
• If an incorrect Username is provided, the subscription will be sent to the specified account. In this case, the order will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.
• If the account already has an active Telegram Premium subscription, the order may not be possible to fulfill.

Refund Policy:

• If the service has not been provided and the customer requests to cancel the order, or if an active subscription was already present on the account, a partial refund will be issued with a 25% deduction.
• In all other cases, refunds are not available.

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed during the store's operating hours.
• The standard processing time is 5 to 240 minutes, depending on the current queue.
• The maximum processing time is 24 hours.
