Texifier on Mac is a native macOS application that provides a LaTeX environment. It was previously known as Texpad. Texifier offers a number of features for working with LaTeX, including a choice of printing engines (LaTeX, pdfLaTeX, Ghostscript, XeLaTeX, LuaLaTeX, and pLaTeX), block commenting/uncommenting, indentation, spell checking, live printing, LaTeX error recovery, a multilingual interface, custom printing settings, templates, and snippets from Texifier. To start editing a document or project, you can drag the root LaTeX file onto the Texifier icon. A document structure similar to a LaTeX table of contents will appear on the left side of the editor window.
