Solution to the problem with a black screen when starting the game:
Press Win+R and enter ncpa.cpl
In the window that opens, right-click on the network connection and select "Properties"
Select "IP version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" and click "Properties"
Set the following values:
Preferred DNS server: 176.99.11.77
Alternate DNS server: 80.78.247.254
Click "OK" and launch the game Throne and Liberty
