🔎 WHERE TO FIND USER ID
Log in and open your profile. User ID is displayed at the top left of the profile page. Copy the number without spaces. A nickname does not replace the ID.

💎 WHAT YOU RECEIVE
The selected Aurion pack with its stated bonus, or a separate game product: VIP, Luxury VIP, Deluxe/Exalted Mystic Box, Mystic Box Upgrade Pack, Monster Farm Monthly Pass or New Player Pack (450 Aurion + 8888 Spiriton). Subscriptions and bundles are separate from ordinary Aurion packs. Check in-game eligibility for the selected product before buying, especially new-player restrictions, the current season and Mystic Box upgrade prerequisites. No rewards beyond the selected pack are promised.

🛒 HOW TO BUY
1. Enter and check User ID.
2. Select a pack.
3. Pay for the order.
4. The bot starts automatically. Usually up to 5 minutes, occasionally up to 15–20 minutes; confirmation appears in the order chat.

⚠️ ID and pack cannot be changed after processing starts. Incorrect details may credit another player.

↩️ REFUND TERMS
Before paying, read the product description carefully and check your selected options and order details.
If the order has not been fulfilled due to a buyer error caused by not reading the description carefully, selecting the wrong product, region, version or denomination, or providing incorrect details, we refund 80% of the amount paid and retain 20%.
If the error is our fault, we refund 100% of the amount paid without deductions.
A correctly delivered code cannot be refunded, even if it has not been redeemed.
A successful top-up delivered to the account specified by the buyer cannot be refunded, including when the buyer entered another account by mistake.
Refunds are processed through GGSEL in accordance with marketplace rules and applicable law.
