⬛️🟢 INFORMATION
We work daily from 10:00 to 01:00 Moscow time. Orders placed after 01:00 are processed the next day.
Average time: 10 minutes. Maximum time: up to 24 hours (delays are possible due to technical issues with Steam/GGsel).

⬛️🔴 MANDATORY
The .ru email address (mail.ru (http://mail.ru/), yandex.ru (http://yandex.ru/), rambler.ru (http://rambler.ru/), etc.) must be replaced with a .com address (for example, gmail.com (http://gmail.com/)) for proper operation and to reduce risks.

⬛️🟢 PROCESS
1. Payment.
2. Write in the chat and choose a login method.
1. Log in to the account (QR code or login/password).
2. Make a purchase for a small amount to change the region.
🔴 Refunding a purchased game after the change is not possible.
📌 After completion, we will send a screenshot with the payment details.

⬛️🟢 IMPORTANT
• You do not need to disable Steam Guard.
• Changing the region is allowed once every 3 months.
• New accounts are acceptable (sometimes a waiting period is required).
• The balance is converted at the Steam exchange rate.
• Do not top up or buy games for at least 24 hours (72 hours is better) after the change.

⬛️🟢 ENTRY METHODS
• QR code: verification via Steam Guard.
• Login/password: data transmission and login verification.
If blocked, Steam may request the owner’s initial details (email, phone). If they are not available, recovery is impossible; changing the region is not recommended.

⬛️ GIFTED REFUNDS
If it is impossible to complete due to Steam’s fault (restrictions, errors) — partial refund minus a 20% fee.
If the customer refuses after payment — refund minus a 20% fee.
If there is an error on our part — full refund.
