1️⃣ Open Watcher of Realms
2️⃣ Click on your Avatar in the upper left corner
3️⃣ In the tab that opens, you will see your User ID and Server ID (numbers in brackets)
⏱️ Support Hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Moscow time.
❗ Support only responds during business hours on a first-come, first-served basis.
Refunds. Refunds are not possible after diamonds have been sent. If an incorrect User/Server ID was entered and the balance was topped up, a refund is not possible.
If you canceled our service before topping up, a refund will be issued minus the fee.
