The Envoy is a new mid-class ship designed for infiltration, reconnaissance, and intelligence interception, bringing a fresh perspective to the game. A tactical entry into the X4 universe. Its sleek silhouette, exclusive subsystems, and atmospheric interior inspired by submarine design emphasize its role as a stealthy operator in hostile space.
The Envoy immerses you in the atmosphere through its functionality and purpose. It is only the second M-class ship of its kind with a full interior added to X4: Foundations, following the luxurious Astrid from the X4: Tides of Avarice expansion. From the moment you step up the ramp from the dock, you can explore the ship's atmospheric interior all the way to the cockpit and enjoy a rare level of interactivity for ships of this class.
Its stealth mode reduces detection range, suppresses radar visibility, and improves maneuverability by increasing maximum speed, acceleration, boosting thrusters, and all weapons systems. In this mode, the ship's primary and secondary weapons are completely disabled, and the retractable turrets are hidden. When stealth is no longer required, deactivating the mode restores the Envoy's full combat capabilities.
Concealment and Deception
Activate faction camouflage protocols to display the identity of another faction, misleading observers and delaying detection. Whether slipping past enemy blockades or setting up an ambush under false flags, the Envoy offers unrivaled versatility for commanders who prefer stealth operations over brute force.
