🟡 Purchasing Gold Cells for Dead by Daylight

📌 Important Information Before Purchasing

Gold Cells are purchased through Epic Games. If you play Dead by Daylight on Xbox or another platform, this does not prevent you from receiving the purchased currency. Thanks to the game's cross-progression system, the Cells can be transferred to and used on your main gaming platform.

To place an order, Dead by Daylight must be available in your Epic Games library.

If you do not own the game on Epic Games, you can purchase it together with the Gold Cells.

💡 You only need to purchase the game once. After that, you will be able to order Gold Cells again whenever needed.

⏱️ Order Processing Time

Orders are normally completed within 2–3 hours after payment.

If technical issues occur, including problems with your account, Epic Games, or other related services, processing may take longer. In exceptional cases, the maximum processing time can be up to 12 hours from the moment of payment.

🌍 Account Region

This product requires an Ukrainian Epic Games region (UA).

The region of your main gaming platform does not matter, so there is no need to change the region of your Xbox or other platform.

Before placing your order, make sure your Epic Games account is eligible for a region change. The region must not have been changed within the previous 6 months.

If you do not have a suitable Epic Games account, you can create a new one and use it for the purchase.

🔐 Your Password Stays With You

You do not need to provide your password.

To complete the order, you will log in to your Epic Games account yourself through the official website. Account access is used exclusively for processing the purchase.

🔗 If You Play Through Steam or Another Platform

To make sure the Gold Cells appear correctly on your main platform, you need to configure cross-progression through BHVR.

Follow these steps:

1️⃣ Open the official BHVR website:

You can switch the interface language to Russian if needed.

2️⃣ Create a BHVR account or sign in using Google, Discord, Twitch, or Steam.

3️⃣ Open the connected accounts section:
https://account.bhvr.com/account/my-account/providers

4️⃣ Link Xbox or the platform you normally use to play Dead by Daylight.

5️⃣ Connect your Epic Games account.

6️⃣ Go to Game Library and select Dead by Daylight.

7️⃣ Enable cross-progression for your main gaming platform:
https://account.bhvr.com/account/my-account/games/dbd

8️⃣ After your order has been completed, return to the same page and enable cross-progression for Epic Games.

⚠️ Important: Do not activate Epic Games cross-progression before the order is completed. It must be connected after the purchase has been processed.

⚠️ Refund Policy
💰 100% Refund

A full refund is available if:

the seller failed to complete the order;
the delivered product does not match the item that was purchased;
more than 24 hours have passed since payment and the order remains incomplete due to the seller.
💳 80% Refund

If the refund is requested at the buyer's initiative, 20% of the order value will be withheld.

An 80% refund may be requested if:

you changed your mind and want to cancel the purchase before it is completed;
the product was purchased for a different gaming platform;
you have another personal reason for cancelling the order.

⚠️ Please note: once the order has already been completed, a refund cannot be requested simply because you selected the wrong platform or changed your mind.
