XCOM 2: War of the Chosen significantly expands the game features. The Resistance factions are joining the confrontation, which seek to fight back against the alien invaders. In response, the enemy throws "Chosen Ones" into battle – opponents who seek to return the XCOM commander back to the Elders. In addition, the expansion introduces new classes, enemies, quests, and combat conditions.
NEW FACTIONS AND HEROES
Three additional factions have formed in the Resistance: the Reapers, the Protectors, and the Templars. All of them have unique abilities and their own philosophy, which often contradicts the beliefs of other colleagues. Each faction sends its experienced heroes to help you, as well as opens up new opportunities at the strategic level.
FAVORITES
XCOM has never faced such cunning enemies as the Chosen, each of whom is endowed with unique strengths and weaknesses that change from campaign to campaign. The chosen ones are hunting for the Boss, so they try to capture, interrogate and destroy XCOM soldiers. They are also capable of harming on a strategic level, wreaking havoc on XCOM's actions. Search for and storm their strongholds to get rid of them once and for all.
NEW ALIENS AND THE THREATS OF ADVENT
A deadly new alien known as "Ghost" enters the fray: he is able to create copies of XCOM soldiers. You will have to develop new tactics to deal with him, as well as the fire attacks of the cleaners and the psi abilities of the Advent priests.
NEW GOALS AND CONDITIONS
Tactical operations will take you to abandoned cities devastated by alien biological weapons, underground tunnels and thickets of alien fauna.
EXPANDING THE STRATEGIC LEVEL
You will have to build XCOM's relationships with the factions, protect the Avenger from the Chosen Ones and give orders to the Resistance in accordance with the chosen strategy. Now you can send soldiers, scientists, and engineers on secret missions that, if successful, will bring you resources and boost your reputation among the factions.
VARIETY AND UNIQUE REPLAYS
Soldiers form a relationship with their comrades-in-arms, gaining new abilities. The SITREP system unpredictably changes the conditions of tactical operations, turning each one into a unique challenge. Advanced campaign settings allow you to adjust the duration and difficulty of the game to your own preferences.

Choose the perfect strategy and overcome the challenges chosen by the community to rise to the top of the world rankings.
LET PEOPLE KNOW
You can create your own Resistance posters by choosing the poses and appearance of soldiers, filters, text and background. Your posters will appear in the game, and, moreover, they can be shared with friends.

Activation
1. You need to download and install Steam http://steampowered.com/download/SteamInstall.msi (if not already installed)
2. Launch the Steam client
3. Create a new Steam account or log in to an existing one
4. Go to the "Games" section and select "Activate on Steam"
5. Enter the activation key you purchased
6. After that, the game will appear in your list of games and you can install it.
