I would like to add that the customer was not able to receive the product due to their own fault.He chose the wrong region/Country of account before payment.For an account with the country that is actually specified, sending is not available.

Please do not mislead.24 hours is the recommended time frame within which the customer should pick up the item.The delivery time is a maximum of 12 hours, but often faster, as written in the description.
