The best moment already happened, but you did not start recording? XR Replay lets you save it after the fact.
XR Replay is a standalone Meta Quest app by Anagan79, the developer of Quest Games Optimizer (QGO). It runs in the background and keeps the last few minutes of your headset view ready to save. After a perfect run, a funny fail, a great shot, or a bug worth reporting, press Save and the clip appears in your gallery.
Why it is more convenient than standard screen recording:
• you do not need to start recording in advance;
• there is no full-session video to search through for one short moment;
• the replay buffer stays in RAM, and headset storage is used only when you save a clip;
• replay duration, quality, and aspect ratio are adjustable;
• saved clips appear directly in the Quest gallery, ready to share;
• it works with standalone Meta Quest games and PCVR.
Supported headsets: Meta Quest 2, Quest 3, Quest 3S, and Quest Pro. Current official version: 1.2.2. XR Replay is a separate app and does not require QGO.
You receive official XR Replay access and installation instructions. An e-mail address is required; we never ask for your account password or two-factor authentication codes.
