🌍 Account region: any region is supported—Steam, PlayStation, Epic Games, Xbox, or Microsoft Store.
🚫 Not supported: Nintendo Switch.
💡 Playing on the Microsoft Store/Xbox is not required!

🔥 Before purchasing:
1️⃣ Go to the BHVR website

2️⃣ Optionally, switch the language to 🇷🇺 (top right).
3️⃣ Log in or register via Google / Discord / Twitch (region doesn't matter).
4️⃣ In the "Linked Accounts" section,

link:
• your primary platform (Steam, PlayStation, or Epic Games),
• and Microsoft/Xbox.
5️⃣ If you get an error when linking Microsoft/Xbox, simply log in to xbox.com
with your account in advance.
6️⃣ In the "Game Library," open Dead by Daylight and enable cross-progression 💫

7️⃣ After completing your order, enable cross-progression for the Microsoft Store as well.

🛒 What you need to place your order:
1️⃣ Select the desired number of tiles 💎
2️⃣ Send your Xbox (Microsoft) username and password.
3️⃣ After payment, enter the unique code (it will appear automatically).
4️⃣ If a login code is required, it will be sent to your email 📬
5️⃣ Expect your credit to be credited within 24 hours (usually faster ⚡️).

If your Microsoft account is new, it may be frozen 🧊 after a few days.
To avoid this:

If your account is still frozen:
• you can wait for it to be restored,
• or receive a partial refund (minus 20%).

✅ Full refund if:
• the order is not fulfilled,
• or more than 24 hours have passed and we were unable to complete the task due to our fault.

♻️ 80% refund (20% retention) if:
