🚫 Nintendo Switch is not supported.
🔄 Region change is not required.
🔧 Before placing your order:
1️⃣ Go to the BHVR website: https://account.bhvr.com
2️⃣ In the top-right corner, select Russian language (optional).
3️⃣ Log in or create an account via Google / Discord / Twitch (any region).
4️⃣ Open the “Linked Accounts” section (Connections) → https://account.bhvr.com/account/my-account/providers
5️⃣ Link your main platform (Steam, Epic Games, or PlayStation).
6️⃣ Then connect Microsoft/Xbox.
💡 If an error appears when linking Microsoft/Xbox, open xbox.com and log into your Microsoft account.
7️⃣ Go to the Game Library section and click on the Dead by Daylight banner.
8️⃣ Enable cross-progression for your main platform — https://account.bhvr.com/account/my-account/games/dbd
9️⃣ ⚠️ After placing the order, enable cross-progression for Microsoft Store (this cannot be done before the purchase).
After placing the order
We may require a confirmation code from you to log into your account.
Order processing may take up to 24 hours, but we will try to complete it much faster.
🔙 Refund Policy
✅ Full refund (100%) is possible if:
The seller did not complete the order or completed it only partially.
More than 24 hours have passed, and the Cells were not credited due to the seller’s fault.
🔸 Partial refund (80%) is issued if:
You canceled the order before it was completed.
You selected the wrong platform (before the Cells were added).
There are other reasons for a refund at your request.
