# 📘 How to Purchase Auric Cells

## ⚠️ Important

If you see a yellow warning message ("Not Available") when purchasing through the Xbox Store, it is recommended to use Xbox and Microsoft services through a Turkish IP address for 7–14 days. In some cases, the restriction is automatically removed afterward.

🆕 If your account is not yet linked to BHVR, you can create a new Microsoft account. New accounts usually do not encounter this issue during the first few days.

## 🔗 BHVR Setup

1️⃣ Go to: https://account.bhvr.com

2️⃣ Open **Game Library** and select 🎮 **Dead by Daylight**.

✅ Cross-Progression must be enabled for both your **main platform** and **Microsoft Store**.

❌ If Cross-Progression is not enabled for Microsoft Store, the Auric Cells will not be delivered to your account.

✅ If Cross-Progression is enabled for Microsoft Store, you can safely purchase Auric Cells 💎🛒.

⚠️ If you have not completed the verification and it later turns out that the top-up is not possible, a refund will not be possible

## 🔍 Xbox Account Compatibility Check

1️⃣ Go to: https://www.xbox.com/tr-TR/

2️⃣ Sign in to your Microsoft/Xbox account.

3️⃣ Search for **Dead by Daylight**.

4️⃣ Add any amount of Auric Cells to your cart.

5️⃣ Check your cart.

✅ If there is no yellow warning message or error, the top-up is possible.

⚠️ If you do not complete the verification and later discover that the top-up is not possible, the refund will be **80% instead of 100%**.
