В описании было сказано про лимиты и то, что они могут закончиться. Лимиты обновляются каждый день и во время покупки данным пользователем, лимиты не были исчерпаны. После того, как покупатель сам исчерпал лимиты, видимо решил попросить замену, в чем получил отказ. Доступ никто не забирал, загружать изображения никто не запрещал.
